- big flashcards on summer activities (you can play ‘What’s missing?,’ mingle activities by giving out the flashcards to the students and having them walk and ask each other various questions e.g. What's the weather like? or Do you like puddle walking? and then they swap the cards and go on with another partner, ‘Corners’ - put 4 cards in 4 corners and have students go to the one they prefer and then have them practise the phrases like I like apple pie etc, ‘snowball’ etc)
